We begin a new series of discussions this week speaking about the many transitions we all face in our lives, and how to navigate them with awareness. Leading us into this discussion is frequent guest of the Mind Body Spirit Living show, Markus Kasunich. Markus will speak about how times of change and transition in our life can bring both challenge and opportunity, and how we can move through them with awareness and grace.
Our guest this week is holistic life coach, speaker and healer, Markus Kasunich. Markus speaks often on issues related to personal growth, and works with clients to help them access their own potential. He has a unique perspective on how our personal stories can keep us from achieving that potential.
Markus is also an artist and has been a featured artist in gallery showings and sells his own line of greeting cards featuring his art.

Everyone has a story for just about everything. What do these stories tell us about ourselves and how much power do our stories truly hold for us? More importantly, how can we transcend stories that don’t seem to serve us anymore? This week we will speak with Guest Markus Kasunich about the creation, and power that our life narratives possess for us, and how we can use it to discover a deeper connection to ourselves.
